Delivery & Returns

RETURNS POLICY:

All returns must be authorised prior to return by email to [email protected] stating the reason for the return request.

If the return application is accepted, the return may be subject to an administrative surcharge.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in it’s original packaging with proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will be issued via the same payment method as long as your return meets our requirements.

We do not accept return of items which have been assembled; parts not in original packaging; seals or control labels; Units ordered or amended especially for Buyer; Products marked as non-cancellable and non-returnable on sales document; or Products which have a low sales value per unit.

The transport back to Timik Agricultural Ltd will be organised by Timik Agricultural Ltd at the risk and expense of the Buyer. Timik Agricultural Ltd will deduct the transport costs from its credit note to Buyer as per the returns policy.

COMPLAINTS:

The Buyer may lodge a Complaint in case Timik Agricultural Ltd’s delivery was not in conformity with Buyers order, or in case a Product appears to be defective;
the Buyer should bear in mind the following time constraints.

Damage caused in transport should be mentioned on the consignment note by the courier and buyer is responsible for reporting to Timik Agricultural Ltd within twelve (12) hours of receipt of the Product.

Complaints relating to visible damage to the Product (other than transport damage) or complaints relating to a delivery that is not in conformity with Buyers order must be reported to Timik Agricultural Ltd no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Other complaints must be reported to Timik Agricultural Ltd no later than fourteen (14) days following delivery of the Product, unless specified otherwise on the corresponding Product invoice.

Mainland UK Delivery

For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day on the service selected.

Working days are from Monday to Friday and exclude Weekends and Bank Holidays, i.e orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday where the following Monday is a Bank Holiday, will not be dispatched until following Tuesday.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timik Agricultural Ltd are not responsible for, and cannot affect the delivery times once the order has left our premises. If you are not in at the time of delivery the postman/courier will leave a note to say that the parcel has been taken back to the depot where you may pick it up/request a re-delivery. Once the courier has attempted to deliver, it is the customer’s responsibility to make collection or re-delivery arrangements.

Exports

Any export fees/duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and we will not be held responsible for any charges incurred. Customers without a valid VAT number eligible for cross-border transactions will not be able to reclaim VAT on their purchase in their country.

Please contact us for a copy of your commercial invoice for shipping purposes. For goods of UK origin exporting to EU countries duty should be at the 0% preferential rate.
